3. 彻底冲洗。

如果在戴着饰品时出汗，请用水冲洗。汗液和油脂堆积会使饰面随着时间推移失去光泽。

针对污垢堆积、失去光泽或初期氧化：日常佩戴会随着时间推移导致光泽度下降，进行深度清洁可以恢复光泽。

Nike jewelry currently comes in three material constructions:

• Gold vermeil (warm gold finish over sterling silver)
• White rhodium (bright silver finish over sterling silver)
• Solid 14K gold with natural pave diamonds

Gold vermeil is sterling silver coated with a layer of solid gold. Each piece is crafted from premium 925 sterling silver and plated with 2.5 microns of 14K gold for a finish that holds up to everyday wear. We also add an anti-tarnish treatment into the plating to help keep the color rich and bright over time. The result is the look of solid gold at a more accessible price point, designed to stay vibrant for years.

• For everyday maintenance, gently wipe your pieces with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth after each wear.
• If you sweat in the piece, clean it as soon as possible with warm water and a small amount of gentle soap. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a soft cloth before storing.
• If your piece begins to show signs of tarnish, a gentle buff with a soft polishing cloth can help restore the surface.

Note: With everyday wear, gold vermeil can develop a light tarnish buildup over time. A gentle clean with a soft cloth restores the original brightness.

White rhodium pieces are crafted from premium 925 sterling silver and plated with rhodium — a rare precious metal in the platinum family. Rhodium gives sterling silver a brighter, more reflective silver-toned finish that is harder and more tarnish-resistant than silver on its own. We also add an anti-tarnish treatment into the plating for extra protection.

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils and residue.
• For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water and gentle soap. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry immediately with a soft cloth. Do not let pieces air-dry.
• Do not use ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaners, or silver polishing cloths on rhodium-plated pieces. Silver or gold polishing cloths are abrasive and will remove the plating. We recommend using the included Nike Jewelry Microfiber Polishing cloth, as it is safe to use on all Nike Jewelry.

Note: Surface tarnish can build up on rhodium-plated pieces with regular wear, especially in areas that contact skin most. A soft cloth or a gentle rinse will lift it off and restore the bright finish.

Solid 14K gold pieces are made from real gold all the way through — no plating, no base metal underneath. Ours are set with natural pave diamonds, where small stones are arranged closely together across the surface to create a continuous shimmer. Because the gold is solid, it won't oxidize or tarnish the way plated metals do, making this our most durable and longest-lasting material. With proper care, your pieces can be worn and enjoyed for a lifetime.

• Chlorine, bleach, and harsh chemical cleaners can damage both the gold and diamond settings. Remove pieces before swimming or using cleaning products.
• Perfume, lotion, sunscreen, and other cosmetic products can create a film over the diamonds, reducing their brilliance. Apply these products before putting on your jewelry.
• Intense physical activity carries the risk of impact that can loosen pave-set stones. Remove pieces before contact sports or heavy lifting.
• Ultrasonic and steam cleaners are generally safe for solid gold and diamonds but should be avoided if stones appear loose or if settings show any wear.

• For routine care, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils and restore shine.
• For a deeper clean, soak briefly in warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap. Use a soft-bristled brush to gently work around the pave settings and remove buildup. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
• If you sweat in the piece, clean it promptly using the warm-water method above. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or polishing compounds that can scratch the gold surface.

Note: It is normal for 14K gold to occasionally leave a slight dark mark on the skin when worn over lotion or cosmetics. This is a natural reaction between the metal alloys in the gold and surface products on the skin. It is harmless and washes off easily with soap and water.
